The SAP Standard Support offer for On-Premise solutions will continue to exist. Users can continue to purchase basic support services for SAP solutions and maintain system operations and availability. SAP Enterprise Support continues to be the SAP-recommended support level for customers moving to SAP Cloud powered by SAP HANA, which guarantees SAP innovation and reliability in hybrid scenarios.
SAP Application Management
We are the contact person for all technical issues for SAP ERP and SAP Solution Manager and act as an interface between you and the hosting partner. It is available for regular voting by telephone, over the Internet and also on site.
Of course: The full functionality of SAP Landscape Management and ALM is only possible with SAP Solution Manager. And tools such as the Maintenance Planner and the Early Watch Alert (EWA) require up-to-date landscape data - if not provided by an SAP Solution Manager, then manually transmitted in an emergency.
Some missing SAP support functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".
