Scope of SAP AMS services: The following services are included in SAP Application Management Services, among others. These can of course be expanded and customised as needed.

SAP support partners must meet the current standards for a Partner Centre of Expertise. FIS undergoes regular audits for this certification. All services offered as well as the entire service and support organisation are technically and organisationally orientated to the high quality standards. For you as a customer, this means trust in a competent partner who accompanies you reliably and with a lot of knowledge and experience - from complex implementation projects to process optimisation to support.
Our SAP support gives you time and space
Your SAP MaxAttention team coordinates and steers the different teams on site, so that you only have one point of contact that is binding for all services. Depending on your requirements, the following key persons are your success companions.

Any support request that we receive will only be completed after positive feedback from the user. The solution of each problem serves as the basis for another knowledge base entry for this project / solution.

Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" allow for a quick fix in SAP support.

We rely exclusively on permanent employees in Germany for our support and do not use offshore resources for our call-in.
